Delivery / Postage Policy

Postage price is £5.

Orders over £100 are free delivery.

If items are in stock they will be despatched by Royal Mail Standard parcels with insurance within 3-5 working days. If items are out of stock items will be despatched by Royal Mail standard parcels with insurance within 28 days. An email will be sent to you to inform you of the exact date.

Returns / Refunds Policy

Customers can return items within 14 days of receipt in an unwashed, unused, resalable condition for a full refund minus postage costs. If items are faulty we will exchange or give a refund.

If items are unwanted and have been washed (and are in good condition) they will fall under the terms of our buy back scheme.

Cancellation Policy

Customers have the right to cancel an order at any time prior to it's dispatch. A full refund will be given for any cancellation. View our Contact Us page for details on how to contact us to cancel an order.

Buy Back Scheme Conditions

Keep your receipt from us as proof of purchase and for every nappy returned in good resalable condition we will give you:

£3 per nappy returned or £4 per nappy returned if you place a further order worth over £30.
